Not only can Kudos Cycling offer you an amazing training session whilst in the Swiss Alps, we can get you ready for your time here before you even arrive. Train ahead of time and have the peace of mind that you are physically ready for your trip here. 


Here's how:

  • Success is built on relationships. You will have direct contact with your coach to define your GOALS and OBJECTIVES, discuss your time available to train and also the way you want to work, whether that's with your heart rate monitor or power meter, or nothing at all! Leave the training plan to our experts in order to get you ready for your training session in the Swiss Alps and see the RESULTS.
  • You will be required to take a fitness test. Upon completion of the fitness test the data will be analysed in order to create an initial training plan. 
  • A personalised training plan will be created for you 6-8 weeks prior to your arrival in Switzerland and is to be completed by you. 
  • Analysis of the training data can be monitored and checked via Strava (Premium membership required) or Garmin Connect. Communication between you and your coach will be conducted via emails and Strava. 
  • In Switzerland you will undergo a fitness test with lactates analysis* and one-on-one coaching that focuses in on what your coach has defined as important to work on during your time in Switzerland in order to achieve your best results. 
  • Your coach will also follow up with you once you are back at home via email following the completion of your competition, whether that is a sportive, charity bike ride or a corporate team building event.
     
    *lactate is a measure of how well you will do in an endurance race and how well your training has progressed. It will also allow the coach or the athlete to set training paces.
